Finding Nemo

Hello,

I'm back again with yet another shit journal.

I just came back from watching Finding Nemo, hmmm, maybe I should write a little review here.

All in all, I always enjoy myself watching Disney movies, so i'd give it a total of 7 (Comparison against other disney movies)

For once, a disney movie did NOT start with happy singing and utopia like situtations, rather, quite a terrible start (Though i've already been told by every damn person in the world about the sad beginning).

From anal-lysing (Anal, get it? i'm taking a cr....) this show in general, it is either aimed for the more mature teenagers or it is trying to educate children that the world is not a perfect place. Disagree? Then lets look at the points

-Beginning, Dad thinks the sea is a lovely place, he has 400 eggs, a lovely neighbourhood then emotionally crushed when he finds out that his wife and 399 eggs were devoured. The world sucks.

-Nemo is born with a deformed fin. It's so obvious that he's deformed you kinda pity him.

Alright. I'm getting outta the toilet now. I'll continue this in a second.

Much better. I'm not out of the toilet. Continuing.

- Dad is a obsessive and compulsive about everything to do with his son. There's probably a name for this disorder, but I can't be bothered to find it.

-Nemo goes to school, and already on the first day, peer pressure gets to him.

-Nemo hates his dad, disobeys and gets kidnapped (well scooped)

-Dad meets the most irritating fish in the world, and in the end, can't stand her.

-Dad doesn't listen to her, almost causes her to die, feels responsible afterwards.

Well, this is only the first quarter of the show and already it's filled with death, sorrow and disorders/deformation/whatever.

What is disney trying to achieve? Sure all Disney cartoons have some sort of sorrow and occasionally death, but Finding Nemo is a whole different approach.

I really do enjoy the show, but the whole show was about whispering things into r....i mean..

In my opinion, the show was far more sad than happy. Which isn't bad, it's just different thats all. Don't get me wrong, there're moments where I burst out laughing uncontrolably (No one understood the joke, so I couldn't stop laughing...in a quiet cinema)

One of the best bits of the show - The turtles.

Dude.
